With nearly two decades at Pfizer and Novartis, Lars has led projects across cardiology, dermatology, rheumatology, and urology, significantly impacting patient care through innovative therapies. 

Lars excels in coaching and mentoring sales and medical affairs teams, ensuring they remain at the forefront of medical advancements. His dedication to professional development and scientific engagement has cultivated a culture of growth and excellence at Blatchford. 

In addition to his corporate role, Lars serves on the Boards of the Foundation of Betanien Hospital and GRASP, reinforcing his commitment to healthcare and community service.
