30 Day Return Policy

We are committed to delivering value, quality and great customer service to you and it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with our product. We are therefore pleased to offer a 30-day return policy across our entire product range. To arrange product returns, please contact our Customer Service Center (800-548-3534).

• All products can be returned as long as the product is ‘as new’ and is return within 30 calendar days of purchase.
  
  
• ‘As new’ is defined as being able to be re-sold allowing for minor cosmetic refurbishments and testing. Minor cosmetic refurbishment is classed as minor wear and tear e.g. witness marks.
  
  
• If the item is returned ‘as new’ and within 30 calendar days of invoice, then you will receive a full credit.
