Blatchford retains Gold Investors in People Award

Today Blatchford is celebrating the news that following our recent Investors in People (IIP) Assessment we have, together, achieved the Gold Award, which means we have retained that prestigious rating since 2016.
Investors in People is a comprehensive, internationally renowned method for assessing leadership, culture and employee engagement and it gives us a benchmarked independent view.
Everyone in the business had the opportunity to join the conversation, and this makes our Gold Award significant – it reflects employees views and how they feel about working at Blatchford.
Achieving the IIP Gold award is part of our commitment to ensure Blatchford is a great place to work. Our proactive programme, Being Blatchford, enables employees in all areas of the business, to own and develop a strong and supportive working environment that reflects our values.
