Getting Started

You will be asked to complete a short self-referral form, which our clinical team may review. You will then be contacted to arrange an appointment at your most convenient clinic.

Your Assessment

During your appointment, we'll discuss your medical background and future goals as well as provide a physical examination to enable us to understand your needs better.

We advise you to opt for comfortable sportswear or shorts to allow easy access to your foot and ankle. We aim to help you regain control of your life by providing personalised care and support at every step.

Where can I be treated?

We offer a Momentum® clinic in Sheffield with the convenience of completing the assessment, casting, and trial socket fitting all in one day.

The brace will then be supplied at a follow-up appointment two weeks later. Alternatively, our London or Basingstoke clinic may be more suitable for you, but please note that three meetings will be required before the brace can be supplied.
